The following is a video tutorial where the steps are Written out within the video:
For the first few steps, don't press down too hard with your pencil. Use light, smooth strokes to begin.

Step 1: Draw a slanted oval as a guide for the rabbit's body.

Step 2: Draw a shape similar to an egg above the body as a guide for the rabbit's head.

Step 3: Inside the head, draw two intersecting lines. These will be guides to help you place the rabbit's facial features later on.

Step 4: Draw two long arcs on top of the head for the rabbit's ears.

Step 5: Draw three lines under the body as guides for the rabbit's feet.

That's it for the initial sketch! From this point on, press harder with your pencil to get a more defined sketch.

Step 6: For the rabbit's eye, draw a circle above the area where the two lines intersect. Draw another circle inside it for the pupil and shade it in.

Step 7: Use the front of the egg shape as a guide and draw in the rabbit's muzzle. The nose is essentially a V-shaped line, and the rabbit's mouth is a line underneath it that splits off into two.

Step 8: Draw a few whiskers on the rabbit's muzzle for detail. Use quick, short strokes to draw them in.

Step 9: Tighten the shape of the rabbit's ears. Using the initial shape as a guide, flesh them out using quick, short strokes. Draw more lines within them for a furry look.

Step 10: Again using the egg shape as a guide, draw in the rest of the rabbit's head. Remember to use quick, short strokes for the furry look. Draw some lines around the rabbit's eye for detail.

Step 11: Using the lines as guides, draw in the rabbit's feet. Rabbits have large hind legs, so draw the feet as a big curve that surrounds the guide line. Use the same method for the rabbit's front feet, but draw them much smaller. Draw a few lines at the base to represent toes.

Step 12: Using the oval as a guide, draw in the rest of the rabbit's body by again using quick, short strokes to represent fur. The rabbit is sitting, so you can't see its tail, but you can draw one if you wish.

Step 13 (optional): You can stop here for a sketchy look or erase as much as you can of the initial guide lines. Don't worry about erasing all of them. It's okay to leave some behind.

Final Step (optional): Add some shading to give your rabbit drawing more dimension and volume. Pick the direction of the light source when shading so that the shadows are consistent with it. Vary the pressure on your pencil to get different degrees of tonal value.
You can add more value throughout your rabbit drawing for extra detail. Use quick, short strokes all over the body to create a feeling of fur. It's a good idea to use reference to be as accurate as possible.
