Step 11: To the left of the left of the torso, draw a curved line for the top of the hind leg. Add a few short lines along the curved leg for fur. At the bottom, draw a blocky shape for the dog's foot. The line should curve on the left side for the joints. Corgis have short legs, so don't make these shapes too tall.
Step 12: To the right, under the body, draw a short, angled line for the visible part of the cartoon corgi dog's other hind leg.
Step 13: Draw a line from the left side of the head to the hind leg to complete the shape of the body. Sketch lightly at first. When you get the shape right, darken the lines. The line should dip a little at the top. On the left, draw a couple of spiky shapes for the corgi's fur.
Step 14: Using a pen or marker, carefully go over the lines to make your cartoon corgi dog drawing permanent. After the ink dries, get rid of every pencil mark with an eraser.
Final Step: Color your corgi drawing using color pencils, markers or crayons! Use light orange for the body. Outline the coat pattern first. Add the pattern on the dog's ears, muzzle, eyes, legs and underside. Add the color lightly at first and slowly build up to the intensity that you like. Color the inside of the corgi's ears pink. Don't forget to pause the video after each step to draw at your own pace.
